S&T Prints Terms & Conditions
Please read the following information carefully. These terms & conditions apply to the use of the S&T Prints website. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions set out below. It is in our interest that you are happy with your print and that you are happy to recommend us to your friends and family. Delivery
All our prints are rolled and wrapped in white tissue paper. The prints are sent in tough cardboard tubes and should reach you great condition. Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days of payment. Since we pull short runs it may be possible that a product can be out of stock, if so we’ll inform you immediately by e-mail if there is a delay. We will estimate a time when you can expect to receive your print.

UK Deliveries
Our standard delivery charge is £4.50 per order, which includes packaging and postage. Your order will be sent by first class recorded delivery & a signature will be required when you receive your tube. We are happy to send your order to an alternative address to the invoice address if it makes it easier for you.

If the package isn’t signed for, it will be returned to your local post office for collection. If it is not collected within one week, it will be returned to us. We are happy to resend items but would ask you to pay for the postage costs of resending your order.

Overseas
We are very happy to send our prints outside the UK. Our packaging and shipping charges are £8.20 for Europe & £10 for everywhere else. These charges are per order. International deliveries may be subject to local import duties & taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

Payment
All orders are processed in British Pounds Sterling. Payments are processed through PayPal, a secure, reliable and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit & credit cards are accepted and you don’t need to have a paypal account to make the payment. After you have placed your order you will receive e-mail confirmation of the transaction.

Returns and refunds
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or exchange an item if preferred. Please make sure you return the item in its original condition & packaging. Please state the reason for your return. Please retain your proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. If you notify us and request a cancellation before your order is shipped we will happily process a full refund. If you request to cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will be unable to process a refund until the item(s) has been returned to us. Once returned to us we will process a refund for the cost of the item(s), but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.

Mailing List
If you sign up to our mailing list we will email you from time to time, only when new products, illustrators or designers are introduced. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list at any time please email us directly at hello@sandtprints.co.uk We will only hold your email address and will not store any other personal details. We will never disclose your email address to any other individual or company.

The copyright of this site and the products within it are retained by the artist. Images, designs, logos, descriptions or any content from our site must not be reproduced without written permission from the artist or S&T Prints.

Disclaimer
These products are hand pulled screen prints on a variety of paper stock. We have endeavoured to give an accurate likeness of the colour and quality of the print. Each one is unique and reproduction may vary slightly. No two prints are exactly the same due to the nature of the printing process.
